Fred Plevin has more than 35 years of experience advising and representing California employers in all types of litigated employment disputes in state and federal court, including jury trials and appeals. His specialties include defense of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, harassment and related claims, wage-and-hour class and representative actions, conducting and advising on workplace investigations, counseling of employers to minimize risk and comply with applicable laws, and training of management on issues of interest in the employment law area.
Paul F. White is a Ph.D. labor economist and a partner of Resolution Economics, LLC. Dr. White specializes in the application of labor economics and statistical methods to labor and employment issues. He has extensive testimony experience, and his research covers all data-related aspects of employment discrimination cases, including compensation, hiring, promotion and termination. Dr. White’s practice also includes proactive compensation audits, EEOC investigations, OFCCP compliance for federal contractors, AI bias audits, proactive monitoring of employee selections, FLSA wage-and-hour cases, economic damages and union contract negotiations.
