States continue to enact pay transparency and equity laws aimed at narrowing wage gaps

These new rules are rapidly reshaping compensation practices nationwide, and staying compliant is no longer optional—it’s essential. This webinar brings together two leading experts in pay equity and compensation strategy to help HR and business leaders navigate these new requirements with confidence.

You’ll gain practical insights into minimizing legal risk while implementing structured, consistent pay policies that promote fairness for all, no matter their protected status, and support your talent retention and recruiting strategy. Our speakers will explain why conducting pay audits is a best practice—not just for compliance, but also for strengthening employee trust and retention—and walk you through each step.

Whether you’re just starting to address pay equity or looking to refine your existing practices, this session will give you the knowledge and tools to build a transparent, equitable compensation program beginning with that first recruitment ad and ending with talent retention.
