Yes, attendees of the previous year’s conference receive the lowest rate available. Check your email for a special registration link we sent to you. If you can’t find it, please contact us here
What’s the difference between the LEAP Kickoff and the LEAP Conference?
The LEAP Kickoff Advanced Show Sessions start at 8:30 a.m. Wed. morning, April 10 and ends at 2:45 p.m. There is an extra registration fee for the Kickoff.
The official LEAP Conference starts at 3 p.m. April 10 with the pre-conference workshops, which are included in your LEAP 2026 registration fee.
Does the hotel block sell out?
Yes, even though each year we add more rooms to the block, hotel rooms go quickly. Make your reservations early to reserve your spot.

Participants will receive a full refund (minus a $150 processing fee) if cancellation is received by March 23, 2026. Cancellations received from March 24, 2026, through March 30, 2026, are nonrefundable but can be transferred to the LEAP 2027 conference, or an alternate may attend in place of the original registrant. Cancellations on or after March 31, 2026, are nonrefundable and transfers are not permitted.
